Theory Earth Sciences Engineering and Consulting Inc. was established in 2022 in Ankara, Turkey by geology and hydrogeology engineers, with 16 years of private sector and 32 years of public sector experience, under the roof of ÇINAR, which has more than 25 years of experience in environmental consultancy, EIA reports and environmental monitoring. We are an engineering and consultancy firm providing services in geological, hydrogeological and environmental geochemistry.
