Chairman of the Board
Erman KONUKLU, born in 1990 in Hatay/Iskenderun, graduated from Çukurova University, Department of Geological Engineering in 2011. At the same time, he continues his master's degree in Hacettepe University, Department of Geological Engineering, Applied Geology. Erman KONUKLU, who undertook the duties of geological engineering and technical unit coordinator in the private sector for a total of 11 years.

He is now the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Teori Earth Sciences Engineering and Consulting", which was founded in 2022 and of which he is one of the founding partners.
​
At the same time, Erman KONUKLU, who has been playing guitar professionally for about 20 years, has performed his art in the heavy metal bands of the country, in 4 albums published nationally, and took part in many concerts in various cities of the country.

Osman GÖKMENOÄžLU was born in 1968 in Çankırı. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in the triangle of Turkey, Spain and Malaysia, he graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Geology (Hydrogeology) Engineering in 1990. Later, he completed his Hydrogeology Graduate Engineering education at Hacettepe University, Institute of Science and Technology. He started his career in 1990 in the General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration, where he managed different projects in every region of Turkey, and retired from the public sector in 2022 after 32 years.

He is one of the founding partners of Theory Earth Sciences Engineering and Consulting firm, which was founded in 2022. As the Chief Consultant, he carries out his profession in the fields of Hydrogeological Studies, Mine Field Hydrogeology, Geothermal Studies, Hydrogeochemistry, Groundwater Flow and Transport Modeling, Dewatering and Water Supply. Osman GÖKMENOÄžLU, who has many national and international publications about his profession, has a good command of English and intermediate Spanish. He is single and has a daughter.

Osman GÖKMENOÄžLU, who is an amateur carpenter in his spare time, also participates in bicycle rides with groups of bicycle riders and takes nature walks in the nearby areas of Ankara.

Mert Ä°nanç ÖRGE, born in 1989 in Ankara, graduated from the Geological Engineering Department of the Middle East Technical University. Mert Ä°nanç ÖRGE, who worked as a Hydrogeology Specialist and Data Analyst for 4 years in a mining consultancy company, founded Teori Yer Bilimleri Mühendislik ve Danışmanlık A.Åž. He is a Member of the Board of Directors and Hydrogeology Consultant.

Mert Ä°nanç ÖRGE has many personal studies and researches on artificial intelligence and innovative software, as well as being able to use many professional and current computer programs as an expert due to his keen interest in technology.
